Outdoor Recreation as an Asset for Youth Development in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic

With the onset of COVID-19 pandemic, outdoor spaces remained one few places for youth recreation. Outdoor recreation and sport have been associated with positive development (PYD) prior to so we sought test these relationships during accounting self-efficacy demographic factors that may be participation. To achieve this aim, conducted an online survey United States (N=116) aged 12-17. Higher levels PYD pandemic were higher school-based community-based time pandemic.
